At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please do not panic. Reach out to us at support@daryona.com and we will immediately contact the carrier to track it down.
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but your parcel is nowhere to be found, let us know within 48 hours. We are fully committed to ensuring you get exactly what you paid for. If a parcel is officially lost in transit, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track My Order page. Please note that tracking updates may take 3 to 5 business days to become fully visible after your parcel has left our warehouse.
