Cancellation Period
You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched.
Please contact support@daryona.com immediately to cancel. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard 30-day return process.

Return Costs
- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@daryona.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a free replacement or a full refund. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please do not panic. Reach out to us at support@daryona.com and we will immediately contact the carrier to track it down. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but your parcel is nowhere to be found, let us know within 48 hours. We are fully committed to ensuring you get exactly what you paid for. If a parcel is officially lost in transit, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location after receiving return instructions.
Return Authorization: Returns must be authorized for return handling purposes before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, it will take up to 7 business days to process your refund.
Refund Method: Your refund will be credited directly back to your original method of payment. Please note it may take an additional 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
